Farideh is one of greatest-selling new Persian recording artists today. She is a singer, a nurse, a psychologist, a real-estate agent, a mortgage specialist, and believe it or not, a first-sergeant! Some would say "A total package"! 

Born in Tehran, Iran to a large family, she has 2 sisters, 1 brother,  3 step-sisters, and 2 step-brothers.

Farideh has always been in love with music and her favorite thing to do is to "make people happy", as she puts it.

She left Iran at the age of 12. She finished junior high, high school,  and college in New York.  She also lived in Connecticut for 8 years. At college she studied nursing, and psychology.

Farideh currently has 3 albums Daryaye Eshgh, Havaye Eshgh, and Shans which are available in Iranian stores around the world.

Farideh is dedicated to her fans, loves them very much, and is  constantly working on new songs and albums. When asked what motivates her the most, "my fans, their love, and our chemistry and energy together" was her reply.  She loves people, entertainment, dancing and singing. Her favorite sport is soccer (football). 

As mentioned earlier, Farideh is also a real-estate agent and a mortgage specialist in New York.

One interesting fact about Farideh is that she was trained at New York military academy and graduated as a first sergeant! So let's all salute her.
